Custom DJ visuals for artists, clubs and festivals
Stage Visuals produces original visual content for live music: custom VJ loops, DJ logo animations, lyric visuals and sequences mapped to a track or full set. We create the files remotely and deliver them to your artist or event VJ for playback worldwide.
Custom VJ loops: a visual identity you can take to every show
A custom loop library gives a DJ recognisable visual material without locking a performance to a fixed running order. Scenes, characters, effects and atmosphere are developed around your music and identity. The VJ can choose the material that fits the current track and energy of the room.
This is a useful starting point for open-format sets, changing playlists and artists playing different venues. Most assets in our standard packages are seamless 10–15 second loops. The agreed package defines the number of variations, revisions and any longer arrangements; it is a commissioned project rather than a stock loop pack.
DJ logo animation and artist visuals
Logo animations turn your artist name or symbol into repeatable on-screen moments: reveals, transitions and looping treatments. The aim is to keep the identity recognisable while giving the VJ different moods to use through the set.
For a broader package, suitable artist photos can become character-led visuals with motion, environments and effects. Share the logo and images you want us to use, plus examples of the atmosphere you are aiming for. Logo loops and character visuals can be developed together so they feel like parts of the same show.

A mapped sequence is built around a specific version of the music. Lyrics, typography, drops and transitions can be placed at selected moments in one track. For a planned show, the scope can also cover an arranged sequence across a complete DJ set.
Precise timing needs a clear playback plan. Agree the final audio edit, running order and cues with your VJ before production. If the track arrangement or set order changes later, the timed visuals may need updating. Mapping here means timing visual content to music; it does not include onsite projection installation or operating the show.

For an individual DJ or artist team, the package centres on the artist identity: logo motion, character visuals and content for reusable or timed performances. Tell us whether your usual sets are flexible, pre-arranged or a mixture of both.
For clubs and festivals, we can create visual files around an event identity or an agreed artist brief. Bring the house VJ or production team into the discussion so the content scope matches the actual screens and playback requirements. Confirm which material is intended for artist sets, event branding or transitions between performances.
Stage Visuals does not provide onsite VJ operation. We produce and deliver the finished content remotely. Your artist VJ, club VJ or festival playback team loads, checks and runs the files at the event; screen hardware and the live show system remain with that team.
What to send for an accurate quote
Start with your artist, club or festival name, the intended use, event date or delivery deadline, and the visual direction. Include your logo, suitable photos, music and a few references. Explain whether you need logo loops, character visuals, lyrics, one-track mapping or a full-set sequence.
Ask the playback team for screen dimensions or pixel layouts, aspect ratios, accepted video formats and any timing requirements. Send what is already confirmed and mark anything still undecided. We agree the required exports as part of the quote rather than assuming one file will suit every LED setup.
For timed work, include the exact track edit or set audio, running order and the lyrics or moments you want highlighted. A clear brief helps us define the scenes, variations, revision scope and delivery requirements before work starts.
From visual direction to remote VJ handoff
We establish the visual direction, develop the motion and scenes, and refine the work through the revisions included in your package. You receive organised digital masters with the relevant playback notes. Your VJ should check the delivered material in the intended show workflow before the performance.
Reusable loops and timed masters solve different problems. The handoff should make their purpose clear: which assets can be selected freely, which need a specific track or running order, and which version the team has approved. Discuss the handoff requirements while planning the project so they are part of production from the beginning.
Choose the scope before choosing a package
The Starter Pack focuses on logo animation; the Visual Pack adds character-led content; the Show Pack provides a broader reusable library. Track and full-set mapping are quoted to the agreed scope. The homepage lists current starting prices and package inclusions.
The final quote depends on the number and complexity of scenes, VFX, revisions, screen formats and timing to music or lyrics. If you are unsure where to start, tell us what your next shows require and what your VJ needs. We can help you choose between a reusable visual identity and a timed piece.
